Ratings come only from real viewings or verified deals; the trust score is calculated by AJENTO.
Clients can rate you after a completed viewing or confirmed deal, across five criteria. You can reply publicly to every review.
Your trust score is computed by the platform from verification, ratings and conduct — nobody can edit it directly. Offering rewards for ratings breaks the reviews policy.
