Partner Promotion and Disclosure Policy

When a partner shares a sponsored property, they may earn part of AJENTO's advertising revenue. People seeing that share have a right to know it is paid.

AJENTO Earn is an advertising revenue share only. It is not a commission on property sales, rentals or leases, and it is not a referral fee from any deal. There is no income for recruiting new partners and no income from other partners' activity. Earnings are not guaranteed.

Every partner promotion post and shared campaign card automatically shows the Partner promotion label with a link to this policy. Partners cannot remove it.

Text shared to WhatsApp, Facebook, X, Telegram, Instagram or copied links always ends with #ad paid partner link. Keep it visible and do not edit it out, shorten it or bury it among other hashtags.

Describe the property only as the advertiser does. Don't promise availability, prices, returns or outcomes the listing doesn't state.

• Buying or clicking your own ads, or promoting campaigns through accounts linked to you or the advertiser.
• Creating fake, duplicate or borrowed accounts.
• Incentivised or forced clicks — offering rewards, gifts or favours in exchange for clicks, inquiries or viewings.
• Paying people, click farms or bots to click, inquire or book viewings.
• Misleading or false claims about a property, price, availability, the advertiser or AJENTO.
• Spam: mass posting, repeated identical captions, unsolicited messages or posting in unrelated groups.
• Hiding, removing, shrinking or disguising the Partner promotion label or the #ad disclosure.

Use the report button on any partner promotion you think breaks these rules. Reported promotions stop earning until AJENTO reviews them.
