How earnings are calculated

Earnings are not guaranteed. They depend on real people acting on sponsored properties, the advertiser's paid budget, holds, caps and reviews.

AJENTO Earn is in test mode: amounts are estimates and payouts are not open yet.

1. Where the money comes from

AJENTO Earn is an advertising revenue share only. It is not a commission on property sales, rentals or leases, and it is not a referral fee from any deal. There is no income for recruiting new partners and no income from other partners' activity. Earnings are not guaranteed.

2. The share

Partners share 30% of the net value of advertising credits that were bought with cash and already spent by the advertiser. 80% of that goes to the partner who drove the action, and 20% goes to the monthly Community Bonus Pool. Bonus, promotional and reinvested credits create no earnings. Partner actions never add extra charges for the advertiser.

4. What counts

  • Qualified clicks (page open at least 3 seconds, one per visitor per 24 hours), inquiries, viewing requests and completed viewings.
  • Within 7 days of the last partner link the person opened.
  • Not impressions, not your own campaigns, not linked accounts, and not reported promotions while under review.

5. Holds, caps and payouts

  • Earnings are pending for 14 days and can be reversed for refunds, fraud or rule breaches.
  • Monthly caps: Starter ₦20,000.00, Pro ₦100,000.00, Elite ₦500,000.00.
  • Minimum withdrawal ₦5,000.00. Reinvesting into ad credits adds 15% extra credits.
  • Payouts are not open yet.

6. Community Bonus Pool

Each month the pool is shared by points among partners with at least 10 points, with no partner receiving more than 10% of the pool. Tier multipliers: Starter ×1, Pro ×1.15, Elite ×1.3.
